Oh gosh this looks so nice. The hair animation and bubbles are animated so well, you can really feel the weight of the water currents.
I dunno if it's meant to be like this but I really love how the hair seems to change her expression a little, gives her expression a lot more depth/power?
(Also that is a nice character she has very cool hands. :3)
