Oh, yes. You must always know that YOU deserve everything good. You strive to be your best daily, rught? And, if at any time your body needs something like a good diet or a rest or vacation or even a nice hug then it is something you deserve/want/need and then we find a reasonable way to get it. Yes, you deserve it!
