Description
This was a pointillism project for Color Theory class lastyear based on a personal photo. Since we could use any medium we wanted, I went with Copic markers on bristol board. This was the second time I actually used the markers, and found that the flexible brush tip worked very well for creating different sizes of dots. Thirty-six straight hours of stippling gave me a mighty case of claw-hand, though.Related content

Ahh, the piece was so small, any variation of the dots would have either thrown the mouth out of it's shape, or blend together as a solid line. Thanks for the heads up though!
