Interesting design, like the fact you've put what looks like counter-rotating habitat rings near the centre of mass. From an engineering point of view that's a sound design choice, due to reducing the amount of gyroscopic precession imparting torque to the craft.
Just a point though, you might want to add some gun turrets aft of the habitat rings, as no engineer is going to leave the entire rear half of the craft undefended, and the forward weapons can't fire though the rings. [granted, if the drive system is an Orion type drive, which it seems to be, then the entire thing is a weapon really... just hard to aim during ship to ship combat.]

It's actually an incomplete design, I should have stated that. Β The Tori are way too large and most of the aft section was modified with the next iterations of this design.
