This look like a space installation, on a terraforming planet (in my mind)
I Take this picture near Genova (Italy) on a Park (Nervi), after the sunset. The Sea was very very angry!

Very impressive picture. There's a scary atmosphere in this composition, with the fog, the coloured lights, the darkness below. Really spooky, but beautiful.

Its so beautiful and otherworldly. Actually, for me, I would prefer to see it as a ghostly or elvish town. The mist and the glows of different coloured lights certainly gives a magical feeling.
