Description Glen VS Humz.

Seriously this time.

Firstly, let me know if this comes out too dark for you to see; I can see it but I've done things accidentally too dark before. If you can't see it, just give me a bell and I'll lighten it.

It's been kind of a stressful day today and this was what I did to take my mind off of it. I started it a couple days ago as a gift for my sister =Humingbird . It was nice stress relief.

Clone, my Mewtwo (left) facing off against Hum's Mewtwo Claude (right). Claude's supposed to be about to fire a weird version of shadow ball... I couldn't be bothered to look it up. XD

Also, their colours are based on the colours of their old counterparts as they appeared on the original Pokemon Stadium game for Nintendo 64. I didn't just make them up.

I also know that the sky is horrible. I referenced a random image off of Google. Somewhere.

I know! I keep saying this, but I think they should've kept fairly similar variations of colours and then the shinies would be completely crazy, like inverted colours or something. XD Pokemon Stadium >>>>> Pokemon Battle Revolution!

You're welcome, I'm glad you like it. Lookit Claude. What a badass. So badass the only way I have any hope of winning is to completely swap Clone out of my team and replace him with good ol' Vertigo... This is probably the point at which Claude's about to KO one-shot Clone, but Clone's too proud to move. Run Clone, RUUUUN~!!

Was this done in Photoshop? I know it tends to make images look lighter than they are on the internet, but it is rather dark. Beautiful eyes, beautiful silhouettes. Never see anyone do floating borders as you managed to have, and it's wonderful. Great execution.

Yeah it was.

I've never heard about Photoshop doing that, but it might explain quite a lot. I always just thought it might be the type of monitors we keep buying or... something XD

When you say rather dark, are you able to see the slight outline of their stomachs against their legs? I'm kind of using that as a reference, because it's hard to explain... the front of their bodies are supposed to be fairly black, but they have a little highlight over their tummies... XD If you can see it, I think you're seeing it how I am, but if you can't, that means I've gone TOO black again XD

Thank you for all the lovely compliments. I really appreciate them.

It does make a bit of difference, but the only way anyone notices that is if they take their image and pass it through a few programs. If you ever have the standard one program that most do, then you'd never know.
I can see the outline on my CRT, which still have better quality in terms of color and detail than most LCDs and Plasmas. The thing you have to keep in mind is that most people do not have excellent monitors, and on the Mac Book and the Dell Laptop I have access to, this image was very, very dark. Going too dark is risky for that reason alone, people can't see the details, same as going too bright. Really anal thing to deal with.

Ah, right... thank you for that, I'll definitely have to keep that in mind next time. And yeah, it is troublesome XD
