Description
This is a commission I did based on the first outfit Queen Regina wore in the series. As always I put my own spin on it, the biggest change was the feather placement on the cape. Instead of bursts of feathers throughout the cape we did a concentrated cascade at the top of the cape to help keep room for the bustle.
