Once he brought it to life by lightning, only then does the Monster start to wonder around the Entire Outside world after when Victor thought that his own creation didn't work but luckily, it did woke up as everyone is now afraid of the Corpse-mashup Monster. But the Monster does not practically feel Human since he is indeed a Tragic Character, only sued within the Body Parts of many people who have passed away throughout Years. A Unknown of Horrors known to Man is only a simple creation in the Hands of a Scientist (who was only just trying to play God).
