XBOXs are literally computers. I think you need a program on a USB to debug it, that's what I've been told when they fix computers that have been really fucked up.

Ooh! That once happened to me. I was playing a game, and BAM! It just shut off! It went back to normal a week later, though.

Mine is still fully working, although I did mess around on the controller pressing buttons to see if I could find some sort of debug menu, but no. I found more rambling text and numbers.
