It's good picture and concept and all, as hundreds have pointed out here, but it really bothers me at how terribly the x-ray of the bones are lined up to where they would be on the person. The whole thing is waaay too low and I'm not sure the spine is even straight up and down. Originally I assumed this was photoshoped... I hope it is, cuz then it's an easy fix.
