Nice, The game is fun, but the ending is pretty crappy. There are a few technical issues, such as the game slowing down so much that it's insane. I can play it on almost all high settings, but on the frozen-over levels, gese, I got to set it down to low to be able to get a managable framerate.
Nanosuit is fun though.

I think they should have used numerous designs, maybe even let the player choose how they look, that would have been a nice addition...

I haven't played crysis but the dude looks like a cross between one of Nihei's creations and a paintball mask. Which is way cooler than it sounds.
And for the price of reading one comment I'll tell you I totally agree on the rainbow six vs maori nationalists thing.
They might have trouble programming an ai dumb enough though. This is the group who marched on parliment the other day and failed to follow police directions there so got lost and stuck in traffic for hours.

Could be just in my head. I actually preferred the earlier concept of the nanosuit, seen here: [link]
Then again, that one looks a lot more like your typical super-soldier. In the Making Of the creators of the game specifically said that they wanted a hero that would stand out, and the incomplete cyborg missing its' epitermal layer definitely does just that. Not that I'd resent the final version, but I would have preferred the earlier look.

I'm not sure what "hidden" there is about Crysis, that's the most hyped PC-game since Half-Life 2.
And, well, personally I think that Far Cry failed on too many levels to be enjoyable experience. It had a beatiful idea behind it, just like Crysis, but it suffered from clunky play mechanics and had some terribly lazy design features. Basically it was so-so all the way to the point the mutants showed up, it was clear that the team just took the shortest and the cheapest way possible to create "challenging" enemies. Fighting them was not what I'd consider fun, "million health points and doesn't wince when shot in the face with a bazooka". Add to the mix the few onerous boss battles around the game and you've just ruined a good concept.
I just pray that the guys learned from their failures in Far Cry and the aliens in Crysis won't be there to ruin the game. At least the other gameplay issues got fixed already in demo.
