shimapann wanted the admins to make some Brittle NPCs so here's my contribution. <3Since I don't have all the information finished for him, I can't make the RP sheet for him, but I really wanted to post his own file separate.
His tea is English Breakfast with milk and cinnamon, and he is a British little bab with muttonchops and glasses.
One of these day's I'll actually shade a picture.. =w=
