Yet another Genshin design commission for Cutie_angel95
Hot man yayyyy! He is meant to be a pupil of Cloud Retainer, like Ganyu and Shenhe, so that's why he has a similar motif ^^ But he has cloud patterns in his clothes ^^
I gotta remake a cleaner simple template for the background, changing the hue destroyed the quality XD
