Since I've been commissioned for my first Butterflix designs, I thought I should practice to see how to make them XDWell, I don't like much how the skirt "frame" design looks...it should be more butterfly-like, these are just random shapes -.- The design doesn't really suit Amethys either, but I wanted to put one of my characters on this XD
And she already have some kind of design...
I'll try to improve, and I also have to look at more references
Hoping I'll get better at this, please tell me what you think I could improve!
Also, a Butterflix wings tutorial is on its way XD It's taking ages to arrange though

Amethys looks wonderful in this design. I like the shape of the butterfly wings on her dress and how you coloured them.
Also the ruffles everywhere are a cute detail. Especailly the on her waist ^.^
The colours are gorgeous and suits her very well. Such more pastel colours are really wonderful for her.
I like how you did her hair. The big bun is very pretty and the blue strings are great as well.
I think you did a really good job with your first butterflix design :3

Her color scheme are simply divine. You did it perfectly with the different shades of pink and the light blue give an great contrast :3
Also the ruffles are to sweet. It gives her an really adorable and girly look. The idea to put one ruffle like an belt is awesome and also the little butterfly ♥
I total agree with you about the shape but I think it would be to complicated for the show so they go with this random things :/
But her hairstyle is so magnificent *-*
