If Twilight could, she would deny that her son had any issues when it came to friendship. He was the son of the princess of friendship of course. Twilight tried her very best to get ponies of all kids to be friends with her son much to no real avail. He struggled with his temper and his passive tone, driving most away.

Twilight as much as she tries to help Lucifers only seems to do the opposite. What she thinks is a caring tone only sounds and feels like condensing nonsense. The child of the literal princess of friendship is cold and sucks at making friends, what a shame.

Due to his high amounts of aggression and being tense Twilight attempts to send Lucifer to Psychedelic Sunshine to get some well needed relaxation. And possibly some brownies.

Lucifer gave up on voicing his own opinion when it came to what his mother chooses to do with her “attempts to help” Rarity tries her best time and time again to keep the peace as the ever growing rift between them continues. Lucifer once did have a loving admiration for his mother.

Despite Lucifer not being good at being the nicest or making friends, he somehow managed to become close to Theo. After Theo’s horn broke he became quiet and a loner. It wasn’t until he bumped into a colt reading a dark magic book that their friendship began.

Lucifer and Theo do dark magic and experimentations together, testing on all sorts of things. Despite them being mean to others, they are very sweet and genuine to one another.
