  I am finally getting to this. This is his ref sheet and I just remember that I never actually finished this one. I am going to make a new one but I felt I needed to edit this one first. This is also still a work in progress so things may be changed in the newer ref sheet.

Neon Strides’ parents are not yet determined.

    Neon stride had always been a really good flyer. He always had so much pride in it. His parents had signed him up for classes to be the best that he could be. Anytime Neon Stride would get anything other than a gold medal, he would be scolded. Even coming in second wasn’t good enough. With this, Neon made it a point that he would never get anything less than number one.
Name: Neon Stride
Residence: He currently lives in Cloudsdale.
Friends:
   Outside of the occasional creature, Neon doesn't really enjoy socializing with others. This never really affected him much though, since he would push his friends to the side for bigger goals anyways.
Body: Neon has a taller, more sturdy build.
Relationships:
When Neon Stride and Texas were in training to be wonderbolts, Neon would always antagonize him. Neon no matter what, had always been a dick to Texas. Even Neon didn’t really know why but he just was. Obviously him and Texas don’t have the best relationship.
   Neon's relationship with his parents is delicate. He loves them and they love him but sometimes their love comes off as a bad thing. His parents have always tried to get the best out of him, no matter what. Sometimes this would lead them to be overly aggressive with their message.
Some of his traits and stuff about him:
He focuses a lot on his outer appearance
kind of irresponsible
Is very romantic flirty (isn’t very good at it)
He can be overly ambitious
   He is very stubborn. He always believes that what he is doing is right. This especially occurs in a relationship with Texas. He never listens to a word he has to say. This often led him to making mistakes that could have been avoided if they had just listened to others input.
   Neon was never really good at working with a partner. Neon has a need to be in charge, especially when he thinks that he is right. Growing up this was never really an issue because his parents encourage his behavior. There are times when Neon Stride has big goals, and in order to get what he wants, he tears others down. He often doesn't care who he has to put down in order to win.
