I can't imagine a scene like this imagine both Autobots&Decepticons working together against Devastator who is himself a Decepticon?

How does Prowl transform to the Devastator's head and part of the torso?It is hard to imagine that the position of each part.

I've actually got it worked out in a sketch. If I find the time I'll get it scanned in and uploaded. Basically if you recall how Hook forms the similar section in the G1 toy, Prowl folds up pretty similar to that. To the left of Devastator's head (the viewer's right) is the rear of Prowl's alt mode, engine parts, etc.... while on the other side of Dev's head are the front areas. Devastator's back is essentially the roof and center of Prowl's alt mode, although it looks green on this cover it should be white. Some of his armor, his missile launchers etc... cobble together to form Devastator's head. That's the gist of it. His bumper things on his alt mode, that are on his chest in robot mode are split up on either side of Dev's chest behind his purple shield which you can kind of see in some of the interior pages.

Well if you notice Metalhawk's chest isn't damaged, Ironhide doesn't have his wounds from issue 9 and people are generally less beat up than in the comic. Wasn't necessarily a literal cover.
