UFO wasn't very happy with being cooped up in the Meepery all day, so he took an opportunity one day and went outside. The bright sun, while blinding and sizzling on his skin, made the outside world seem much more pretty than it actually was. He scoured around the front of the Meepery building, looking for things and stuff that could occupy his time. He saw something all alone, sitting stunningly in the sun's rays, alive and vibrant. An orange flower.

He studied the flower with a childlike curiocity. He sniffed it, prodded it softly, and gazed at it with eyes big and glossy.

"Does it move?" he thought to himself...

He focused. It was an innate feeling, the feeling that he could do something. His whiskers, banded thrice, had all glowed a sickly grey as he channeled something-- his magic, perhaps? Into the flower.

Oh! It's moving! The flower wriggled around violently, its petals seemingly scrunching against eachother. It bent, it twisted, ...
...

It... Wilted.

It's dead.
