Plot:
A woman watches after these 2 children while the parents are gone, the babysitter, gets attacked by jeff, she survives, but the children died.
Jeff was a child who almost got mugged by 3 bus stop kids untill he injured all of them. His brother, Lou takes the fall for Jeff, jeff getting depressed. He then, at a neighbor's moving in party, gets attacked by the 3 boys, cut up by glass, stabbed in the shoulder, untill jeff kills one of them with his bare fists. The other one went down too. It then led jeff to get covered in bleach, which the kid threw a lighter at him when he was covered in it, bursting into flames. He wakes up in the hospital, liking his new look, black hair, and a pale white face. That very night, jeff's mother walked in to jeff cutting his cheeks open, so he can always smile, and burned his eyelids open so he can never stop looking at his face. The mom went to go tell the husband, to get the gun, as the mom told jeff that she was gonna get daddy to see it. He overheard the mom and his conversation, and they get stabbed to death. Jeff goes into lou's room and kills him. A very complex storyline crammed into one hour long drama horror slasher fest! JEFF THE MOVIE!
