Here's my new cartoon OC, Rocky the Raccoon. He is inspired by Bimbo, Cubby Bear, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, Mickey Mouse, Felix the Cat, Flip the Frog and Foxy because of his similatities. Rocky is the protagonist of the short series of the same name. He debuted in the silent cartoons and finished in the early 1940's when Wonder Sun Cartoons was founded.Character (c) Me
