Lovely capture.I like the pose you've caught here and the light showing through the Gulls feathers.I may be tempted to crop just above the oof rock on the bottom and still leave enough room to not feel too cramped.How is the 5DIII handling?I'm still on the original and not too sure whether it would be beneficial to upgrade when I mainly shoot landscapes.

The 5DIII is fantastic. From and image point of view...it's so close to a 5DII. But in ever other aspect, it's a completely different camera and not really like a 5D at all. It's AF, metering, tracking, build and frames per second are all massively improved. It's more like a 1D lite than at 5DII+ if that makes sence.
