What Twilight isn't counting on is Velvet having already sold her out to Celly Wonka, Velvet and Celly having been partners some years back until Velvet was ready to settle down with her life and moved away from the Factory life. Celly pined for a chance to have the two of them bond like they used to, and a little rigging of the Golden Tickets never hurt anyone, right? At least Twilight would get to have an unforgettable experience and Velvet perhaps could find the spark to work with her once more, partners in playtime like the good old days.
Or the Sparkles make cute Beauregardes, whatever floats you boat.
