Second digital painting completed! Character concept for ursula. Drew this concept in my sketchbook around a year and a half ago and wanted to paint it in photoshop started it and hated it so left it and went back to it about once every couple of months for about a year and couldn't get interested in it but finally decided this week to just get it over and done with and paint it!

Ursula had mildly scared me as a child, but with this kind of detail, she is truly frightening. I love how you reeled out her malicious intentions by simply giving her features a little realism. Great piece.

I can see it; she's smiling as she's someone for a naiive young girl to trust, yet her eyes give her real soul away
