A fantastic scene yesterday evening, after sunset, with the Full Moon in its rising in the middle of a very clear Belt of Venus (the violet portion of the picture), suspended above the local landscape!
It was pure magic in watching it rise slowly in the sky, above the blue portion which represents Earth's Shadow projected on the atmosphere itself, in typical countryside view.
