Description My strange interpretation of Autumn. Made with wire, 22 and 34 gauge, iridescent seed beads and a decorative glass reverse drop bead. The large bead in the middle was made by myself with Sculpey clay.

This WILL be for sale...if you like it PM me.

Oh...I LOVE Sculpey. It's amazing and simple, don't need a lot of space for it.

Indeed indeed! Which reminds me... I still have more to make, and beads left to make into bracelets or sell as a set. >.<;

You seem to have a pretty good buyer base for your stuff. Who buys them up? Friends? Family? Strangers?

I'm actually still attempting to get a buyer base. I just figure the more I have to offer, the more attention I can attract at this point. Though I'm sure there are some friends of mine that would purchase stuff, if I ever bother to post images on my MySpace so they notice. xD

My buyer base is MOSTLY friends and family right now, but they all spread the word and I spread theirs in return. I've got my sister as an affiliate on my website and she's got me on hers. When I'm on forums, I pimp myself subtly. Got several stranger buys that way. Establishing a buyer base is definitely the hardest part of all this.

Yup. I'm working with etsy to start since it has a wonderful support system and stuff, and makes the whole process easier on me. But it's still difficult. I promote myself where ever I go though, so I'm hoping I'm getting a good amount of hits that way. I had one custom order actually, but the woman still hasn't paid, so I'm starting to hassle her. It's been well over a week now.

That's the WORST! @^#&@^#% Makes me so mad when they do that. I just finished a custom order, the Redd necklace. She'll pay though. I'm not worried about that. LOL I steered away from Etsy and made my own site, I dunno, call me cheap, but I don't want to pay THEM (no matter how little) to sell MY stuff. I'd probably have more customers if I did, but oh well. LOL

God it is! It's why I put on my etsy that I didn't take any, though I guess it would be safer to take them through etsy so that people could be penalized for it and stuff. I'd make my own site... but that's paid hosting and I just can't afford that right now. Like, I have a spare domain and all with what I have now... but I still would have to figure out how to set up to sell and stuff. I'll pay etsy a small amount and forget the headache. Once I have the client base, and am selling fairly steady, then I'll switch. xD

Yeah, I just got lucky with a hubby who is a complete computer nerd and does all this stuff for a living.

That's pretty awesome. I tend to be the nerdiest one in my family, but I'm deeeeeefinitely still learning. I've got the HTML, XHTML, and a good portion of CSS down... and that's it. Although, I'm pretty much self taught... so that might be part of it. x'D

Well my site is mostly CSS based, pretty easy once you start in on it.

If your buy your domain name. The starter layout is free, yes. And if you know how to edit things, you can make it look nicer.
