I followed these tutorials
you need gimp or something that can export .gif files.
Do the face on one layer and the hands on a separate layer save one .png with the hands touching the bottom and another .png with the hands raised, then follow the instructions for .gif export on the tutorials.

No red blush but he has other ways to express embarrassment! Bottom left picture! This is the one I will use for it!
When he is excited, nervous, or threatened his head feathers will spike kinda like a cockatoo's. When he is embarrassed this action will cause him to run his hand through them to flatten them back. So whenever he does that in rps or in the book he's blushing in his way!
Yes that is what I was after! I wanted my own characters for my emotions! Was pretty fast so I can get a few more out if I had the time that is!!!

I do too! ( Cockatiel, I mean.) We initially wanted a cockatoo, but we down sized it just a tad ( well, quite literally, because they look almost the same!)

Yes he does talk. A limited vocabulary and some words sound to much alike lol! But he knows our names.
