a battle of the fathers, these two are known as the strongest humans of their time, they are both given special abilities that come at great costs (whitebeard can create quakes in space but he can't swim and adam can copy any god's ability but if he does it too much, he'll go blind) they both fight against a character who is seen as inhumane and evil (blackbeard and zeus) and die in that fight, but they die standing. they both are the fathers of hundreds of people, not genetically (whitebeard adopted his entire crew and adam is the father of humanity)
this is probably my favourite matchup for whitebeard and my second favourite for adam, i like it a lot, it could have a lot of animation potential and a really sad death, i like it
