YOU WILL RECEIVE:
- Unwatermarked PNG |NOT-transparent| of the adopt you purchase
- Transfer through Touhou.Se or Files sent through Notes as the owner wishes.
- Payment is in $ USD. I accept Paypal only. First come, First Serve unless it's an OTA or an Auction.
- When paying, please remember to check "no address needed" and don't put links in the notes section.
- There are no refunds available.
- If payment has not been received in 24 hours, they will be put back up for sale.
Resales must match the original purchase value of the adopt, with additives only for commissions purchased or art personally made. Trades and Gifting is okay.
ONLY after sent the full payment the character belongs to you (no comercial usage included), do not use my design to profit in any way.
- You are not allowed to include my designs in games/comics/videos and other mass media consumed materials for profit.
- you may do charms/shirts/prints/post cards featuring the character you have purchased, so long as they are made in limited quantity, and the art is YOUR OWN art, or art purchased from another user with explicit permission from them to use their art in such a way.
Only the purchaser of my work may re-post the art they've received, and public re-posts are required to have some form of watermark and/or resizing to avoid easy thievery.
- All edits to designs by me must be run by me for confirmation. You are not allowed to edit on top of my artwork, unless slight color changes or minimal details.
if you reamake the original design (in a new reference of course) please do no delete the original file, i would appreciate you keep it somewhere.
- You are allowed to create "alternate forms" of a character provided you have the permission of other artists / species owners involved, and as long as each form is still kept with the original design. They cannot be sold or traded separately, unless both are officially paid for.

Do not ever delete the original adopt, even if you edit it. Further edits will always be based on the original when considered for approval
