Description A houkou with no tails that lives in the deepest caverns far from civilization. He wears a heavy cloak of skins and uses a cane to help keep balance, he also has no eyelids and all bandaged areas have been skinned.

He is fabled as the houkouen version of the boogeyman to scare young pups into behaving
