Part of the Eon Echoes set.I wanted to try to introduce new types of card to the Base-Neo Meta, and did a lot of work to figure out what is too broken to work alongside the WotC cards. This was my first attempt at a EX card for Base-Neo era.
Designed to work alongside Base-Neo set as with all of my cards (unless otherwise noted).
