If someone asks, and ports it Thought, the skin wouldn't look that good without blending broders and antialiasing. The porter probably has to remove rounded edges. That is if there hasn't been a update that added better drawing.

If someone asks, and ports it. Tho, I might look into it myself

Just note that the dock will look bit different on Mac OS. No shadow, different perspective, different size, no glow going outside the dock edges etc.
