Aaaaaaand here are the 4th gen sages!!! Isn't it ironic on how in Japanese, where Zelda and other video game franchises like pokemon, sonic, mega man, etc. are made, one of the ways you can say 4 is "Shi" or "Death". Just giving you guys a fun fact but I guess most of the world already knows that. But anyway, you may notice that there is a much smaller amount of Sages in this generation. And that there's 3 sages missing: Water/Ice, Light, & Time. At least, that's what you think at first. But let me clear some things up quickly. First, there is a water/ice sage in this picture. Second, again the reason why there is no time sage is because neither Liyer nor Tetralyna have been "officially" named the sage of Time, so there CAN'T be a 3rd gen or 4th gen time sage without either one of them naming someone as their successor. And Third, it's unknown as to who could be the next sage of Light after Rauru. I guess we'll find out in the future, but until then, it's all just speculation. Glad that I got that out of the way. And now, time to tell who's who. From left to right:
Laruto - Sage of Fire/Earth and Water/Ice (Darunia's and Ruto's successor)
Saria - Sage of Forest (Kasuto's successor)
Fado - Sage of Spirit/Wind (and later Forest) (Nabooru's and later Saria's successor) (Also, spoilers: like Impa and Rauru, him and Saria are husband and wife.)
Yorinu - Sage of Shadow (Impa's successor)
