I'm bleeding salineits drips from my body
flowing down my skin
in chilling rivulets of wet
Isolated, it eats into my flesh
marking me with lined scars
carving its trail into me
and cauterizing with saltiness
And how it burns me
I shudder and gasp at its cruelty
at its inevitability
And collapse under the pressure
I'm left torn
a wretched mass of scars
sobbing into the ether
drowning in my tears
