I tried to read what you wrote on the sheet and all I could think was "Dang the print is too small, what does it say? *clicks to enlarge the image and looks closely* "Oh, no wonder I can't read it. It's another language."

Excellent work, love the idea for the sword, but the main, and probably only, change I would make would be to make the subject, which appears to be male, a bit less feminine.
