Description
Ninlil’s sass does a rather poor job of earning her company, and while she can gain company with her looks, it’s not the kind that leads anywhere good. Filling that void are her two cats [and to some degree her downstairs neighbor], the older of which is a tabby by the name of Whorl. Whorl’s the type who isn’t bothered by much, walks around the apartment like he owns the place, and does pretty much whatever he feels like at the moment. He can only be pet so much before he wants to play instead, fortunately Ninlil doesn’t skimp on cat toys. Or food, or attention. It's safe to say that she loves her two fuzzballs, despite the fur they get on everything, her having to be careful where fragile items are placed, having them lay on books she's reading, and so on. Their active minds are part of their charm, and perhaps Ninlil sees a bit of herself in them.

You'd think that being a cat person, I'd have drawn a cat by now after 7 years. But nope, first time drawing a cat. >> It's going to take some practice to get them right. Haven't even lived around a cat in nine years, and the rental agreement here states no pets, sadness. I occasionally buy a Pusheen to compensate.

Lately Ninlil has been getting the focus in terms of developing how she lives. A couple of the details have been in the back of my mind for quite a while, but I've felt like expanding on it lately, even though her story isn't high priority. Part of that making it up for not drawing her last year I guess- Pretty much just household stuff right now, with a bit of her daily routine.
