Just a quick painting I did in my free time, it's original size is kinda small (like...6 or 7x10?). I liked working this small because the painting part went faster and I was able to shade and highlight etc. with gouache rather than just putting a color down as a base
Dude, I had no idea what to title this >D
If my plan goes as...planned...I'm going to be trying to do one of these sized paintings a week to sell in a weekly painting blog. The original pieces will be either $50 or $75, I haven't decided how much to charge yet. I think it will be a fun project!

This has a muted tone but also has great definition, the shading is cool and the girl is not only beautiful but has some great architecture and I love her clothes, especially her goggles

Huh. I've never used gouche before. Is that what you've done most of your submissions in lately? You've a neat little idea there. I might have to watch to see what you come up with. ^^ I'm a poor art college student too though so I probably won't buy anything for a good two years.

Yes, some of the outlines are purely painted and a few I went over with colored pencil to bring them out a bit more
