Dr. Orpheus is a beloved character that, sadly, the creators of The Venture Bros seemed to have difficulty finding a use for past season 3. This didn't drag the show down, but it's still a shame we didn't see much of him.

So what if the right creative team was gotten together to give the good doctor his own show? His main gimmick is that he hams up the scenery, but he's shown that he can just as easily act as the voice of reason when the situation requires it. So done right, this would avoid falling into the typical trap of giving the comic relief their story without realizing what makes them work.
