First: you were the one to say she is not mad, because she doesn't know about she is a splitted personality. Don't act like you never said this.
Second: At the very end of the manga till now there was a scene where she was remembering, telling Ganta she hates herself for doing all this.
I have seen yandere characters. And I think she does well done between them, because killing some innocent school children (second personality or not) is quite in the big rangs of madness.
Your opinion would be really sweet, if you weren't demanding facts before. And you can't argue because you're simply wrong.

It's still stupid to say "she's not mad, because she don't know about her personality disorder". Because first: She knows about, proof in my response before, second: knowing about or not, a mentally disorder is called madness. And going on a rampade and killing children is somehow... I don't know, maybe just a little mad?
