From the anime Dragon Half this is Mink. Captured for someone who works for the King.The back story is that Mink is the daughter of Dragon Fighter who fell in love with the Dragon he was chasing. Now Mink is seriously crushing on the best Dragon Fighter Dick Saucer. She is opposed by the evil king, his daughter Princess Vina who crushes after Saucer, and Rosario the evil preist who schemes against Mink. She is pursued by not so smart dargon fighter Daramara and pipsqueak demon Dug Finn.
It is all silly and stupid.
