In the movie, Collete returns to help Linguini on his big night. Remy's family was in the kitchen cooking to Remy's instructions. My version Collete show up with the health inspector naturally the rats capture both of them.

Remy was in food prep mood, now he has heard from about the female inspector on a motorcycle. Now they have to untie quickly.

My sister did not like the fact the villan of the movie was the food critic, she has many critics that love to eat and try to be helpful to restaurants. I pointed out that they were only two natural enemies of restaurants food critics and health inspectors.

Another fun fact, me and my sister both felt uncomfortable when there was a rat stampede, cute rats but still vermin.
