———Overview———
Ultrawoman Anastasia is Ultraman Vylcan’s younger sister, the first Reionyx Ultra to be unrelated to Ultraman Belial, and a member of Team MLV.
Like her brother, she is an Elemental Commander, as such possessing an innate Elemental Power: In her case, she possesses the Elemental Essence of Creation. However, unlike her brother, Anastasia’s connection to her Elemental Power was eventually severed due to her gaining Reionyx genes.

The daughter of Isemiovrei and Ultrawoman Rhea, Anastasia was the second Ultra of half-Q56, half-M78 descent, the first being her brother, Vylcan.

Upon arriving in the upper atmosphere of their destination, Anastasia and Vylcan discussed where to go on Earth. Anastasia ended up deciding to live in the Hollow Earth, while Vylcan decided to live in Japan. This was when they created their human forms.

Origin: Anastasia's default form. Originally, she had access to the Elemental Essence of Creation in this form, but after becoming a Reionyx, the power sealed itself from her.
Fusion Burst;
Neo Solgent: Neo Solgent is Anastasia’s Balance-oriented Fusion Burst form. This form can efficiently engage in a variety of fighting styles. Additionally, this form makes Anastasia’s energy barrier techniques much more durable. The components for this form are Ultraman Dyna Flash Type, Gomora, and Neo Geomos.
Temporal Photon: Temporal Photon is Anastasia’s Strength-oriented Fusion Burst form. This form gives Anastasia greater strength than both her default form and Neo Solgent. Additionally, this form gives Anastasia access to Chronokinetic capabilities. The components for this form are Ultraman Gaia Supreme Version, Zetton, and Goldras.
Megante Sky: Megante Sky is Anastasia’s Speed-oriented Fusion Burst form. This form gives Anastasia greater speed than both her default form and Neo Solgent. The components for this form are Ultraman Tiga Sky Type, Neronga, and Horoboros.
Chaotic Aegis: Chaotic Aegis is Anastasia’s most powerful Fusion Burst form. This form grants Anastasia greater strength than Temporal Photon and greater speed than Megante Sky. The components for this form are Ultraman Noa, Maga-Orochi, and Grimud.

Titanoid Battle Nizer: Being a Reionyx, Anastasia possesses a Battle Nizer. Currently, her Battle Nizer is a Titanoid Battle Nizer, a further evolution from the Neo Battle Nizers formed to suit Anastasia’s strengths.
Monsload / Kaiju Manipulation: Anastasia can summon and then command any of her 3 Kaiju with her Titanoid Battle Nizer via the Monsload system. Her current Kaiju are as follows;

Kaiju Enhancement: After summoning any of her Battle Nizer Kaiju, Anastasia can strengthen them via stored Reionics energies of hers that are placed in the Titanoid Battle Nizer.

Kaiju Recall: After summoning any of her Battle Nizer Kaiju, Anastasia can recall them into her Titanoid Battle Nizer.
Unique Abilities: Due to possessing defective Lord Particles inherited from her father, upon becoming a Reionyx, Anastasia gained abilities that other Reionyx do not possess.
Kaiju Communication: Anastasia can emit the Titan-Class Frequencies of an Alpha Titan, allowing her to communicate with Kaiju aside from just her Battle Nizer Kaiju.
Alpha Call: Anastasia can perform a telepathic version of an Alpha Call. This allows her to command Kaiju aside from just her Battle Nizer Kaiju.
Resurrection: Anastasia can revive any of her Battle Nizer Kaiju from death. Unlike Reibatos, another Reionyx with the ability to resurrect others, Anastasia can only resurrect her Battle Nizer Kaiju and can even bring back their life energy.

Elemental Essence of Creation: A power Anastasia was born with, Anastasia’s connection to the Elemental Essence of Creation was severed when she became a Reionyx due to the influence of Reiblood’s genes. Regardless, these were the powers it once granted her;
Materialization: Anastasia could create organic or inorganic matter from nothing in order to create anything she wanted. She could, however, not bring anything to life via this power.
Materiokinesis: The user can manipulate existing organic and inorganic matter for multiple purposes.
Matter Melding: Anastasia could cause separate items to combine into one new item. This ability could extend to morphing and reshaping existing matter on physical contact.
Matter Alteration: Anastasia was able to shape and rebuild matter into anything of her choosing.
Materio-Ergokinesis: Anastasia could manipulate Creative Energy.
Energy Wave: Anastasia could release a wave of energy that sends opponents flying.
Materio-Ergokinetic Infusion: Anastasia could infuse herself or an object with energy to increase the strength of their blows.
Elemental Manipulation: As Creation is formed from the combination of each of the Main Eight Elements, Anastasia could manipulate any of the Main Eight Elements.

Kaijian Oscillatory Overdrive: An Ultra Beam combining the energy of Neo Geomos’ Thunder Overdrive, Gomora’s Ultra Oscillation Wave, and Dyna’s Solgent Ray. It is fired from the ‘+’ position, similar to the Solgent Ray.
Kaijian Dimensional Shield: A nearly indestructible energy shield, it is able to almost completely negate some of the most destructive beam attacks.

Kaijian Electric Megante: An Ultra Beam combining the energy of Horoboros’ Megante Crusher, Neronga’s Despotic Electric Attack, and Tiga’s Runboldt Beam Shell. It is fired from the fingertips of Anastasia’s right hand, similar to the Runboldt Beam Shell.
Electro Beam Shell: Anastasia charges her right hand with energy before gathering the energy to her left arm. She then fires a volley of energy bolts in an arc from her left hand.
Physical Techniques
Electricity Affinity: In Megante Sky form, Anastasia gains an affinity for electricity. This grants her a variety of abilities, such as;
Thunder Redirection Fury: Anastasia Megante Sky empowers herself by absorbing electricity from an opponent’s attacks, using the energy to enhance her strength. In this state, every physical blow she inflicts can discharge up to 5 times more electricity than a typical lightning bolt.

Electricity Affinity: In Megante Sky form, Anastasia gains an affinity for electricity. This grants her a variety of abilities, such as;
Thunder Flash Warp: Anastasia Megante Sky can teleport in a burst of electric bolts.

Kaijian Grim Thunderclap: An Ultra Beam combining the energy of Grimud’s Grim Ray, Maga-Orochi’s Maga-Thunderclap, and Noa’s Lightning Noa. It is fired from a variation of the ‘L’ position, similar to the Lightning Noa.
Kaijian Grim Inferno: A beam combining the energy of Grimud’s Grim Bolt, Maga-Orochi’s Body Lightning, and Noa’s Noa Inferno. In a similar manner to the Noa Inferno, it is typically fired from a clenched fist after punching the opponent.
Other Techniques
Kaijian Grim Constructs: In this form, Anastasia can conjure gigantic body parts, which are separate from her true body, and use them to attack opponents.

Enhanced Condition
Time Limit Resistance: In Mythical Mode, Anastasia gains the ability to fight for a much larger amount of time than normal. Instead of her typical time limit of 3 minutes, in Mythical Mode, she can remain in strenuous activities for up to 30 minutes.
Heightened Senses: In Mythical Mode, Anastasia’s senses are increased incredibly, able to instantly sense shifts in the frequencies of Spatial Energy from several light years away.
Enhanced Strength: In Mythical Mode, Anastasia’s physical strength is increased by tenfold.
Enhanced Agility: In Mythical Mode, Anastasia’s agility is increased by tenfold.
Cosmic Light Aura: Anastasia Mythical can generate an aura, via concentration, that enhances her physical stats by at least tenfold.
Special Techniques
Mythical Kaijian Blast: An enhanced version of the Kaijian Ray, it has a power output 10 times greater than the Kaijian Grim Thunderclap.
———Trivia———
Anastasia was once planned to have claw mark-shaped scars across her chest. This was changed shortly after a design featuring the scars was made. For a while, it was reconsidered, but was changed again when a major revision to the backstory of her father, Dark Isemiovrei, occurred.
The reason each of Anastasia’s Kaiju bear the prefix “Titanoid” in their names is because Anastasia’s current Battle Nizer variant automatically evolves their base form into a version of the species similar to a Titan-Class Kaiju.
It is worth noting that this does not deter from the ability for Anastasia to evolve any of her Kaiju into their EX Modes as they are not truly Titan-Class Kaiju: a true-Titan-Class Kaiju would be incompatible with the EX Mode. As such, in relation to the status of Titan-Class, “Titanoid” ultimately does not mean the same as “Titanus”: Titanoid means ‘Titan-like’, whereas ‘Titanus’ means ‘Titan’.
The evolution of Anastasia’s Neo Battle Nizer into the Titanoid Battle Nizer is said to be entirely unique to Anastasia. This is meant to parallel the fact that the only Reionyx Ultra in canon, Ultraman Belial, has his own variant of Battle Nizer, the Giga Battle Nizer, of which there is only one.
