Another picture of Dino's archenemy, Buzz Talon, and a small look into his head and how much of a personal demon he is to Dino Valentine. The Japanese Proverb he is quoting is from an old documentary series from the UK called Eyewitness. Back around 2016, those episodes of Eyewitness were uploaded onto YouTube, and I decided to check them out for old time's sake. When the episode titled "Natural Disasters" played, the narrator at the beginning quoted the following Japanese Proverb: "A natural calamity will strike at about the same time the terror of the last one is forgotten." Those words were so haunting and powerful that I thought Buzz would take this proverb and use it to strike terror into the hearts of his victims. For it is only a matter of time until a new disaster arrives.
