I love loads, Misaka is just the greatest character ever, Its ashame she sort of got her but kicked in episode 23 that damn sound wave made her look bad. Anyway nicely done, im not sure about the cell shading though, Maybe doing it as a cross hatch cell it would look better. Anyway keep it up I look foreword to seeing more.
