Ah, the elusive Suicune. I spent forever trying to chase this thing down in Silver, and I don't think I ever succeeded. 
I don't know too much about muro, so forgive me if the advice I give can't actually be applied with their brushes, etc. I like that you chose to outline the Pokemon to distinguish it from the background. There are a few places where the lines are really different in terms of thickness, and making all your lines a more consistent size would really help polish the image. Also, I'm not sure what's available in terms of blending on muro, but I would try using the smudge brush less and varying your opacity with a regular brush more so that the blending is smoother overall.
This is a neat style and you should definitely keep working with it! Keep up the good work
