ahaha what am i doing with my summer i'm just drawing pretty fusionfall characters
I love the Kids Next Door's designs in FusionFall. They're a lot more detailed than the cartoon which makes them really fun to sketch out. There are great little additions like Nigel's padded jacket, Wally's jeans chain and Abby's big zipper which are just so cute.
Abby looks a bit weird proportionally since I drew and inked her first, then decided to add in the rest of the team. just don't look at her sob sob
I actually think all the kids' proportions are a bit off in comparison to each other, but I'm really pushing my current artistic comfort zone by shoving five characters into a picture at once. A bit more practice at group sketches like this and I'll have a better grasp of what the heck relative anatomy is.
Anyway yes, please enjoy my awful attempt at the Kids Next Door.

Numbuh 2 reminds me of the TF2 Engineer. Who knows, maybe they're related? But anyways, these guys are bad-ass. Especially #1. He looks almost like someone in the Spec Ops.

Nigel was my fave KND character. I liked his accent, his leadership and relationships with the other characters. The only thing I didn't like about him was that he dated Lizzie... She was annoying! The pockets on his vest look a little like the Brainiac symbol.
I like Hoogie's suspenders, Kuki's giant sweater showing off her shoulder, the addition of the chain for Wally and the big zipper for Abby, it makes me think of kingdom hearts and I don't even play it!
