"The things I intended but never got to say..."just a small/fast (drew it last night in an hour or so. the original is really pretty small) picture of Charles Xavier from XMFC (or James McAvoy a long lasting love of mine hahah
...just drew this because of a fanfiction i was reading and i felt like having to draw him)not much to say about it, i just thought i ought to upload something now and then... hehe...
as always done with watercolours and some fineliners and the background is mostly inspired by Klimt.

I really did not like the film at all, but this is very nice. I love the patterns, and I was going to say 'they remind me of Klimt's work' and then I read your comments 
I've always wondered... do you edit your paintings digitally once you've scanned them? There's something about them that makes them look like they've been sharpened or you've added some kind of photoshop filter.

I just really disliked the story, it was so silly. And I really do love the other X-men films... I can't really remember any details, I just remember being really disappointed by it.
Ahh, see, I thought so. Yes, scanners can be so frustrating :< when I have a job and a steady income, getting a better printer/scanner will be one of the first things I'll buy!

oooh! What fanfiction!? I *love* James McAvoy as Charles Xavier- Professor X has long been one of my favourite X-Men characters, and I felt like McAvoy did so well in that role. I'd love to see more movies with him in it. If I didn't already know that I'd hate the plot of Atonement, I'd watch it since he AND Benedict Cumberbatch are in it.
Also, this is just lovely- I recognized him right away. I especially love his eye/eyebrow. Well done, you! ;D

it's from a fanfiction called "nine eleven ten" and it is THE MOST AMAZING fanfiction i ever, ever read. really. (so it is a kind of dark!AU which is Charles/Erik centered but i can only recommand it a million times. if you're just a little into this pairing or dark!AUs then go and read it heheh. i cried and yelled and... oh it was just too good.
i'm not sure if erik or charles is my favorite xmen character... but there will be a second "first class" movie and i'm hyperventillating already now XD
and james mcavoy really has some awesome movies. like "becomin jane" (i have it on dvd and have to cry EVERY SINGLE time!!

I've been... busy. XD In the last month I've been to a circus, a music festival, my friend's musical, movie theatre (twice in one day!), a funeral, and the Emergency Room... there's lots more stuff I've done, but I can't think of it at the moment. XD I just started summer class today. I'm taking it with my best friend, so that'll be fun.
