Description
A respected scientist in Bale Industries and the father of Ally Larkin. He created a mutagenic serum that could enhance the strength and metabolism of anyone. Velocina, under Gaeratynn's orders kidnaps him to force him to make more and use that serum to create super soldier Zarcs, even attempting to use his daughter as leverage. He does create the serum, but made a slight error in making it and it ended mutating a Zarc into a bigger and more monstrous creature. Lex was able to defeat the Super Zarc, rescuing him and reuniting him with his daughter.
