Description
This was shot with a slow shutter speed and flash during the sunrise. I didn't photoshop or alter it. It's extremely difficult to capture a wave during movement in this way, but with the correct settings and flash it is possible.If you're interested in purchasing any of my wave images, please check out my kickstarter project that is ending very soon. Or would you rather visit untouched wilderness, a pulsating city, small villages, learn about the cultural background of the local people? All of this is possible on the eight islands of Hawaii.

Hi Maya, I actually use a Canon 50D with a fisheye and an SPL Waterhousing. So I'm actually in the water getting the photos. The housing protects my camera, although in the last 3 years my housing has leaked (because I didn't tighten them evenly) and ruined 3 cameras, very costly I may add and insurance does not cover water damage.
