He only has it for a while because he goes into some thing that Urahara made(i think) and trains for "years" to fight Aizen even though it was only a small while outside of it. it goes away after he fights. I don't wanna explain too much about it because 1)It would be a spoiler and 2)I don't really know all the details myself because I'm currenty watching the Muramasa side arc but i looked ahead. That's pretty much the gist of it though, if you wanna find out better info just look it up. I hope I helped a bit.^^

It was with his fight with Aizen. His sword (Zangetsu) somewhat became ONE with him, with the ultimate move/form of his bankai. Hence, the black hair and change of appearance.

His FullBring is fake! that is Ginjo's power and Ichigo got his power back because of soul society captains donated their reiatsu including his father and Kisuke

I read the manga also...He does get a minor fullbring, then Ginjo and the xecution members steal it to power themselves up further. Then the sword created by his father and kisuke comes in and merges with the fullbring powers. Thus the new outfit and diffrent style/shape of the blade. Also this isn't spoiler those chapters came out weeks ago.
