Yup, the lemon keeps it moist to avoid paste drying and cracking and the light gives heat which prolongs the life.

That's really chill. From the thumbnail it seems as if there was no outline for the hand, which I think makes it even cooler. I love heavy ink ^-^, stay motivated.

Just takes patience and the right kind of equipment and application. Syringes and carrot bags are your best friend. They can give you the finest lines. Constantly coat the henna paste with lemon juice and sugar, and keep it under a lamp. Leave it on for a minimum of eight hours.
